When the first holy wanderers emerged from the forest and brought Christ's message to the British Isles, they found a people whose hearts were open and ready to receive the Word of Love.
They already felt the presence of the One God who spoke simply to them in the solitudes of wind and woodland, sea-wave and mountaintop ... they were ready for teachings on how to come fully into relationship with God , to be at one with 'The Great Mystery Who is Love'.

Today, the Living Celtic Spiritual Tradition of Céile Dé is a path that has inherited much from the ancient wisdoms that preceded it. Fionntulach is the Head of the Order of Céile Dé and is its main teacher.
At its heart, the tradition holds Christ-consciousness as a way of Love that is at work in the world - through us.
Through ancient sacred chants and prayers, in Old Irish and Scottish Gaelic, this is a tradition of wisdom teachings that date from 2000 years ago.
Céile Dé is a path of devotion that offers practices that help us on the path to spiritual realisation.
Alongside her Spiritual Harp retreats and events, Julie also works as one of the ordained teachers of the Céile Dé tradition.
