'The Three Spheres' is a way of understanding the process which lies at the heart of this unique approach to creating music on the harp.

​You will be introduced to fundamental spiritual and musical practices which will empower you to express your own unique musical creativity and 'soul voice'. By the end of the retreat, you will have been introduced to the basic skills which you need to begin to develop your own music on the harp.
