'Living From Essence' courses work with the knowledge that the changing world of nature, and the rhythm of the seasons have much to teach us. 

Celtic spirituality has always seen the manifest world as the face of the Divine - of the old gods, or the face of Christ, or the Mother and Father God.

Since we are also part of nature, we can learn to read our own rhythms and elements and see them as part of an ever-changing flow which comes from the Divine Source or the Great Mystery.

Each course includes these elements:

~  The music of the harp, played with love, holds us in a gentle cradle of sound, from where we can find peace and safely explore our inner lives 

~   We can experience the power and healing vibration of harp music, and prayers spoken and chanted in the language of our Gaelic ancestors 

~  We can learn how to live each step of daily life from the place of security and love that is our essential nature

~  With guidance and care, we have the potential to acknowledge our wounds and, most crucially, see how to outgrow them. 


~ The role of vibrational harp essences in supporting the process of spiritual transformation

~  Practical and deeply spiritual practices from the Celtic world, for example from the Carmina Gadelica, can provide powerful tools to help us on our journey.
