Walking with Brighid's Light

February can be the coldest month in the Northern hemisphere and although the days have been gradually lengthening since the Midwinter Solstice, this can feel like the darkest time as the lights of Christmas and New Year are extinguished. The bitter cold bites and the good intentions that we set at New Year can now seem remote and far from reach.
