Terms and Conditions
Please read our Payment Terms, Cancellation Policy etc before you book your place. Your booking assumes that you have read and accepted the Terms and Conditions for this retreat. You can read them here.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you book travel insurance, to cover you in the event of having to cancel your place. You can read our cancellation policy here.
Waiting List
Once the retreat is fully booked, we will operate a waiting list. Let us know of your interest by filling in the Waiting List Form here. We will do our best to offer you a place if one becomes available.
How to Book your Place
Your booking is in TWO parts:
1. RETREAT BOOKING - BOOKING FORM
This is booked directly with Julie, using the online Booking Form.
2. ACCOMMODATION BOOKING:
Once you have confirmed your retreat booking with Julie, book your accommodation directly with the Argyll Hotel (or other venue, if you choose to stay elsewhere. Please bear in mind that all of our meetings and evening meal will be at the Argyll. )
3. FOOD - Please note that your Course Fee includes light refreshments for our breaks but does not include your meals.
We will aim to gather together as a group to eat dinner together each evening. In order to allow for personal food preferences and budget, each person chooses and covers the cost of their own meals at the Argyll Hotel.
Being on Iona and How to get there
You will need to make your own travel arrangements, including your ferry journeys from Oban across to Mull, and then from Fionnaphort to Iona.
Check out this useful page on the Argyll Hotel website here, for information about Iona and how to travel to the island. It may be possible for some participants to travel together, if their location allows for this. Let Julie know if you are interested in car share etc. |
