The Celtic Vision
Autumn Equinox Meditations with the Celtic Harp
10am - 1pm
At this point of balance in the year – the Autumn Equinox – we will use the music of the Celtic harp, meditation and gentle movement through Qigong, to reflect on our own lives, to bring us into balance and re-connect with the sacred world of nature.
Celtic spirituality has at its heart, a poetic vision – the sense of the sacred existing in all living things. Since ancient times, people of the land have followed the seasons and rhythm of nature, through times of reflection and celebration. The land, its creatures and the elements were their teacher.
This day may be followed by a corresponding day around the time of the Spring Equinox for those who would like to follow nature's rhythms through the year.
The Meditation Centre is a place of peace and tranquility, set in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. The work of the Centre is dedicated to welcoming all those who seek the inner light, through meditation and insight from the world's spiritual teachings.
Booking is essential. Cost £35 - includes light refreshments
